Mary of Milan called MidAmerica Basement Systems because the floors above her crawlspace were starting to sink and and sag, and her crawlspace was damp. She met with design specialist Mike Banks who talked to her about stabilizing the crawlspace with Smart Jacks and encapsulating the space with CleanSpace. Now the crawlspace is dry and stable. Grant and Andrea were having issues with a leaking basement and they have an existing sump pump. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their sump pump inspected. Cole had mentioned that the reason their basement was still becoming wet was due to the sump not being able to handle the amount of water that enters the basement. He suggested having a TripleSafe sump in addition to help aid the existing sump and adding WaterGuard around the perimeter to help redirect water that tries surfacing or seeping in through the foundation.

When design specialist Cole arrived at her home to evaluate her situation he found more than a leaking basement issue. Cole had addressed a bowing wall issue that was allowing water to seep in through the foundation cracks. To address the bowing wall, he offered a PowerBrace system to permanently stop the wall from worsening, and give the option to tighten and straighten the wall back to normal. A Waterproofing system was installed to address the leaking basement. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to help collect the seeping water from the floor and walls, and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump. Patricia now has a stable and dry basement in her home.
Rick and Cindy were looking to create more storage in their home, but the only place that was left was the leaky, dark crawlspace. They heard of MidAmerica Basement Systems crawlspace encapsulations, and reached out. Joe inspected their situation, and offered them CleanSpace with a SmartDrain. CleanSpace Drainage Matting was installed across the dirt floor to help guide and direct any moisture to the SmartDrain. CleanSpace Liner was than installed over top and around the foundation walls to permanently seal off the ground from the rest of the home. Keeping the crawlspace completely dry, the SmartDrain discharges any water from the area, allowing for Rick and Cindy to effectively use the crawlspace as a storage area.
