Recent new homeowner tested their home for radon and came back positive, especially in their daughter’s room. Homeowner was very concerned about their daughter’s safety, so they gave MidAmerica Basement Systems a call to help solve their problem. Bill Willcox had the pleasure of installing our Radon Mitigation system to help minimize the amount of radon in the home.
In the "before" photo, this Aledo, IL patio suffered from uneven concrete slabs—a major trip hazard for the homeowners. Our team stepped in with PolyLevel, using high-strength foam to stabilize, lift, and level the concrete. As the "after" photo shows, those pesky slabs are now perfectly aligned for a stumble-free surface. We finished the job with NexusPro joint sealant, protecting the patio against future erosion and giving these homeowners total peace of mind.
