MoldX was offered to help reduce the growing mold, and better the air quality in the basement. CleanSpace Liner was then installed overtop all of the walls to help reduce the moisture levels. CleanSpace also has a special additive that prevents mold growth, making it ideal for the basement. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to collect and redirect the seeping water to the TripleSafe to be properly discharged from the basement. Kate no longer has a “basement” smell around her home.
