Betsy was becoming very upset, every time it rained, her basement would become wet even though she had a sump pump. It was addressed that there was large leak from the foundation wall that was causing seepage and a wet basement. Once the water collected in the WaterGuard, it would then be redirected to the sump pump where it would be discharged instead of collecting and surfacing on her floor.
