Mark and Shawn recently purchased a home with a finished basement and were told not to worry about it becoming damaged because a sump pump had been installed. It was addressed that there was large leak from the foundation wall that was causing seepage and a wet basement. Once the water collected in the WaterGuard, it would then be redirected to the sump pump where it would be discharged instead of collecting and surfacing on her floor.
