When our design specialist came to our home for the first initial visit, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and was will to answer our many questions. When we decided to go forward with this and requested Bill and his crew, that wasn't a problem either. When Bill, Justin and Jamie arrived they were very friendly and professional. As far as we're concerned, they all deserve a WOW! Service award! What a great bunch of guys. We would recommend them to anyone. We are extremely happy with them and the job that they did.

Made us feel comfortable in going with MidAmerica.  Robbie Stoutenberg and his crew were top notch the whole time. Very friendly. Encouraged us to overlook the work at any time. All questions were answered by him and his crew. Very impressed by this crew.  The pricing was right in our budget. We had put off fixing the basement for years because of price.

At the time we selected the service MidAmerica had the best product offering for what we felt would meet our needs. That was back in 2009ish. To this point we absolutely don't regret the decision and expense of putting this product in our home. It has paid for itself year after year.

Joe went over all my options for encapsulating my crawlspace. We decided on what we thought would give us the most bang for our buck.  Justin and his crew did a great job.  Justin and his crew took away all of the scrap/garbage from the work they did. At the end, everything looked great.

Levi and Scott were very professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. They were extremely pleasant and considerate and made absolute certain I was satisfied with the work they were doing. They arrived on time and worked non-stop until the job was completed. After completing the job they made sure every thing was picked up and even swept the driveway.

We chose MidAmerica Basement Systems after my wife found you on the internet and researched the product and then contacted you. David Ezelle was very professional and did very good work and explained everything very well.

Not Rain or hail or dark clouds could not deter Richard and Francis from their appointed rounds! A troublesome pump and a funky phone could not defeat the 'super level'-ers from overpowering any obstacle. I don't think the heavy stuff's gonna come down for quite awhile. Thanks for a job well done.

The wall stabilization crew (Shane, Blue and Zach) were very professional and hard working young men. On top of that, they were always courteous and polite, in spite of working very hard at strenuous jobs for two solid days at my home. Your company is obviously doing something right -- customer service is making its way back to the country!

I just want to say thanks again to our installation crew, Mike and Levi, it was a little tough for this home owner to see a giant hole in the wall, but they assured me it would be fine and look great and they were right!!! Joe Sarb did an amazing job selling me on these windows, he met with my husband and I at a time that worked perfect for us and was very knowledgeable about the products that were offered and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The installation crew was amazing! Mike Keck and Levi (I think that is the right name) were very professional and did an amazing job of making the window look like it has been there all along, I was amazed at how quickly the installation was completed and at how well they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better clean up job, there was very little dust, after a couple minutes of sweeping and rearranging my basement was back to normal! We were recommended to your company several years ago for a sump pump install. When Job Sarb came to inspect the pump recently he offered me some flyers about windows and other services that I didn't even realize were offered. We had been talking for a long time about doing an egress window and after working with Joe we decided to purchase and egress window as well as 4 new basement windows.

We received three bids for this job...MidAmerica was very competitive price wise, but the detail of the information they provided, along with the dedicated waterguard system is what sold us. Salesman Wes was vey informative and worked with us to find the best solution for our budget The crew was fantastic! They kept me informed of when they would arrive, what stage they were on, and the reasons they suggested specific choices.  The Cleanup process was perfect..... they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. 

I am more than pleased with the work Greg and Mike did. They were very polite, respectful, helpful, and timely. I really appreciate the service and work they did with my window!  Very friendly, kept me informed as they worked and had me give my input where I could. Crew was timely, respectful, and efficient! Would hire this same crew back in a heart beat.  The only way people knew they were here was from the finished product (egress window). I had nothing to clean up! Thank you!!!  I first found your company just searching the internet about who installs egress windows. Then, when talking with my parents, they had your company waterproof their basement and loved the work that was done. I also knew a couple of people that were used as references and knew I could trust your work.

Richard did a good job communicating with us & reviewing the job before & after.  Very professional; crew had to schedule 2nd day later to come back after utilities were marked.  We chose MidAmerica because your company did my mom's crawl space & did a very good job. I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because I heard about it from a Facebook friend. Not much competition. We looked and looked. Locally it was minimal. We got one other semi-estimate, but they didn't know what they were talking about. I think the company is eminently professional. The call repsentative was a very pleasant person on the phone.  Everything was explained well by our salesperson.  Oscar and his two nephews did a really good job. He discovered a broken sewer pipe and fixed that, too. He also explained things as he went.
