Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Joe Sarb is amazing. He assessed my basement for problems. Showed me what his company had to offer me and then gave me his suggestions. Never did he try to push anything on me. The decision was all mine. After the job was complete he stopped back to look at the work and see if I was happy with the job. Oscar and his crew were amazing. They were very professional in doing their job. From time to time I would have questions and Oscar would stop what he was doing and take the time to explain all of my questions. Everything was clean and tidy when they left.  I chose Midamerica Basement Systems over other company because comparing the product, price, and warranty, no other company out there can compare. Kevin and his work team were Outstanding, and completed all work details in a Top-Notch manner. We completed the Job Survey this morning, and gave you folks five Star marks on all question asked. It is reassuring to have the life time warranty on the piers and the foundation. I have a peace of mind that my house is fixed and fixed the correct way.   The entire staff is amazing. I do need more work done, another sump pump, another crack injection, and the outside piers installed when the weather is better. From the office staff, to the engineer that did the bid, to the installation crew, everyone is so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Kenny and his crew were fantastic! Very professional with installing piers in my basement. The outside piers will be done in the spring. I was extremely nervous about all the work that needed to be done but Kenny explained the process every step of the way. Kenny and his crew had to work in very muddy conditions with all the snow and rain that we had. They laid down floor coverings on my main level so not to track in mud. This was an almost 2 week project to date and the very last day they cleaned up the walls and the floor. They left it spotless. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I had used your company to install a sump pump, redo my crawl space and to do one crack injection 7 years ago. I was extremely happy with the service back then. So this company was the first call I made when I needed other work done.

We chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because we were interested in more than just waterproofing and you were able to cover it all (egress window, waterproofing, radon, flooring, humidity control, air quality). A one stop shop. Karl worked hard in less than ideal temperatures (10degrees or less/snow). He kept me informed, took time for my questions, went over things with me before leaving.  Also covered the entry through the porch and down the stairs with plastic to help keep it clean which I appreciated since weather was so bad.  

We were very impressed with your products. Your installation crew with crew manager Mike Clementz did an excellent job! They were on time everyday and worked late in the day. They did an excellent job keeping the dust down when jackhammering for the sump pump and cleaning up each day. They quickly solved a few issues we had with placement of a Sanidry. All men in the crew were very polite and answered our questions. The final product and final basement is beyond our expectations! We will definitely recommend you to others. We had found your company in the phone book and your sales rep, Mike Banks, was so helpful in laying out how to solve our problems. We were sold right away. Thanks!

Richard and David were great.  They worked very hard and did a great job with cleanup.  Our design specialist, Cole Tatge, was very informative.  The cleanup process was perfect. We chose your company because we believed it was a better product, and our sales person was excellent! Our driveway looks great!

I've had your products (floor, walls, windows, sump pump, Sanidry, washing machine hoses, etc.) since 2009/10. At that time, your company had the most complete solution for what I needed. I'm going to be getting your new Sanidry shortly since my old one (much bigger) finally died. I've never been disappointed with your products or service, and my basement has been dry every since installation. I've recommended your products to the church where I work -- where they have a basement that desperately needs waterproofing. A salesman has already come out to speak to the parish manager. The decision is out of my hands, but I've strongly recommended your company and waterproofing products.

I would recommend this company. I have been telling others how impressed I have been with this company. Now with this all the recent rain it's a comfort knowing it's not going to basement.   I want to enter Richard and Brandon in the WOW Service award for their excellent work. I am very satisfied with the foundation work that done. Before they got started they informed me that I should move a plant because the poly would kill it. These guys came to my house on May 11 at 2:30 and left around 5:00 and they were still going to an another job site to get caught on customers demands after mine Plus working over time. They really need to win this WOW Service Award.   I had made an appointment with your company to have some sidewalk work done but cancelled because I had someone else do the work. But your company kept calling to reschedule and when mud jacking wasn't going to fix the problem your company came to my mind. Thank you
