The owners of this damp, dank crawl space in Macomb had enough with the overall condition of their crawl space. The owners reached out to the professionals at MidAmerica Basement Systems and the team encapsulated the crawl space with the very strong and durable CleanSpace liner, sealing the space form the exposed earth. The home owners are thrilled to have a dryer, healthier and cleaner crawl space. 

LeClaire homeowner, Linda, was dismayed by the water getting into her basement. She wanted to do something about it, so she contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems. Shortly thereafter, she met with design specialist Bryan Christopherson and had her basement waterproofing solution designed. 

Pat Z. of LeClaire, IA had water coming in through the walls in the basement. Pat met with design specialist Joe Sarb, who recommended WaterGuard and a SuperSump Sump Pump. Now, the water intrusions are no longer an issue.

The space looks great, and Vivian and george are resting easy. 

Brian and his wife were wanted to remodel their basement, but wanted to add more natural light. They reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have an egress window installed. Dan, design specialist, suggested the StakWel Egress Window System. The StakWel offers are large window to naturally bring in more light, and provides a safety escape route in chase of an emergency. The polycarbonate covers keeps the well free of leaves, snow, and other debris, leaving it completely maintenance free. The interlocking, grip/step design allows for all types of depths to be reached, and easy in/out access (if needed). Now Brian and his wife can continue with their basement finishing project.
