Chris was noticing after heavy rains, water would seep in through his block foundation, causing the basement to become wet. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the problem resolved. He was offered a CleanSpace Wall Liner system to help redirect water down the wall and into a WaterGuard system, while providing a moisture barrier for the rest of the basement. WaterGuard would then redirect the water to a TripleSafe sump to be properly discharged from the basement. Chris no longer worries about heavy rains, and knows his basement will stay dry and clean.
Roxanne was having issues with water pooling around her air conditioner unit, posing threat to damage of the system. The unit was located on her concrete patio, and over the years, the slabs had sunk, causing water to pool around the AC unit. Re-pouring the concrete would be a huge hassle but was unsure how to make the area safe for the unit. Cole had offered her the solution PolyLevel. PolyLevel stabilizes, lifts, and levels sunken concrete, diverting the water away from the AC unit, leaving the area safe. NexusPro Joint Sealant was than applied to all the cracks to seal off the ground from future rainfall. Keeping the water from out of the cracks keeps the soil from washing out, leaving a stable ground for the patio.
