In Iowa City, IA, one of our recent projects involved repairing a driveway and sidewalk for easier access. Before our intervention, the uneven concrete made it challenging for one of the residents who relies on a wheelchair. We utilized PolyLevel to expertly lift and stabilize the concrete, ensuring a smooth surface. The after photo showcases how we restored safety and functionality to this area. We also applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal all cracks, providing lasting protection from water damage and preventing future sinking. This whole sidewalk had cracks and settlement issues. Thanks to the PolyLevel system, the sidewalk looks almost brand new. The white spots on the concrete are drilled hole with ports in them where the foam will be injected. The foam is injected under the concrete to raise it back up to its original position.

CleanSpace acts as a moisture barrier against the exposed ground, and seals off the moisture from entering the area. SilverGlo was installed to help insulate the crawlspace, while a SaniDry CX dehumidifier retracts any extra moisture in the air.
