In Robins, IA a homeowner was faced with a leaking egress window. The water water was pooling in the well causing the homeowner to have to cover it with a tarp during rainy weather. At MidAmerica Basement Systems, we knew just what to do. We addressed this by installing a brand new Rockwell Egress Window. To assure safe drainage and avoid water pooling in the well, we connected it with a sump pump. The after photo illustrates the transformation. This homeowner now has a secure and leak free egress window.
Hawkeye, IA homeowner, Bethany, contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems becuase she wanted to get her basement waterproofed and finished. She met with design specialist Joe Sarb, who custom designed a solution for Bethany and her needs. The first solution was for waterproofing, which includes full permieter WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and a buried discharge line. The installation of patented WaterGuard is depicted in these images.
