Rachel recently had a contractor install jack posts to help support her sinking floors, but quickly realized that they were not installed properly. The jacks that had been installed couldn’t handle the weight of the home, and were beginning to buckle under the pressure, presenting the initial issue Rachel had started with, sinking floors. Steve was concerned with the appearance of the entrance to his home. Over the years the front stoop had begun to sink, leaving unsightly, large gaps. He was not happy with the mudjacking solution because of the large, ugly holes that are drilled into the concrete so the solution can be injected.
