The basement was waterproofed with the installation of WaterGuard subfloor drainage system and SuperSump pump system. The homeowner is relieved to have their basement professionally waterproofed.
This concrete patio had a huge crack down the middle and was sinking. From the before to the after, you can see the concrete is leveled with PolyLevel foam. The foam is injected under the concrete to raise it up to its original position.
An older home in Clinton, IA needed some help keeping the water out of the basement. This image shows a WaterGuard below floor drainage system backed by CleanSpace in this now fully waterproofed basement space. WaterGuard helps capture all water directed down the wall by the CleanSpace vapor barrier wall system and sends it to the sump pump.
