CleanSpace is a thick vapor barrier that is place along the walls, permanently sealing them from the rest of the basement. A WaterGuard system was installed along the perimeter of the basement to help collect the seeping wall water and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump to be discharged out of the basement. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed to help keep humidity and moisture levels in control.

Small ports are inserted into the concrete slabs where the foam will be pumped under the concrete. The foam is injected under the slab and fills the void under the slab that is causing the sinking and cracking. The foam expands into the void and hardens, causing the concrete slab to lift and level.
