This sinking stairway in North Liberty, IA was a severe tripping hazard for the homeowners' and their guests. Something had to be done to make the home safer for everyone. Worse, the home could not be sold unless something was done about the crawlspace. After meeting with design specialist Mac McDaniel, the homeowner decided to get the work done. CleanSpace Drainage Matting and CleanSpace Liner were used to encapsulate the space, along with some other patented products. The crawlspace is now dry, and the next homeowner can use the space for extra storage.
