Karen D. of Peoria, IL was having issues with frequent water intrusion in her basement. She called MidAmerica Basement Systems for a free estimate, and is thankful for her dry basement. The basement was waterproofed with full perimeter of WaterGuard, CleanSpace Wall, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, a buried discharge line, and IceGuard attachments.
Homeowner Edith is a returning customer to MidAmeria Basement Systems. She previously had a TripleSafe Sump installed to help discharge water that was entering the basement, but because her home is old and settled, there are many cracks along the floor of the foundation. Every time it rained hard, water would seep through the cracks with no way to get to the sump pump. The Crew returned to install a WaterGuard system so that water would properly flow to the sump pump instead of sitting in puddles on the concrete floor.
Andrew was noticing small puddles of water appearing in his basement when it would rain. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his situation addressed. During evaluation, Dan had proposed the installation of a SuperSump. Water will no longer seep and surface to the floor, instead the SuperSump will be able to discharge any and all water that enters the basement, keeping it dry for Andrew.
Chris’ sidewalk leading to his front door was posing a large tripping threat to him and his guests. The sidewalk had sunken 3-inches from the concrete stairs. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his concrete lifted and leveled. PolyLevel was injected into the sidewalk, filling the massive void that had initially caused the slab to sink. Once the void is filled, the PolyLevel expands, lifting the concrete back to its original position. Chris no longer has a 3-inch drop between his sidewalk and concrete stairs.
