MidAmerica Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Drywall was installed in the basement after Clay and Deb had installed a waterproofing system. Over the years, the house had begun to settle, creating cracks in the foundation. Due to the walls covered by drywall, they did not realize that water was seeping in behind the finished walls. The drywall had become damaged and the floors were soaked. MidAmerica Basement Systems offered the installation of CleanSpace and EverLast Wall Panels to prevent further leakage and damage to the rest of the basement. CleanSpace was installed against the foundation wall, providing a moisture barrier between the concrete foundation wall and the EverLast Wall Panels. The EverLast Wall Panels were installed along the damaged area of the drywall, offering not only a beautiful new look, but a waterproof wall that will not be destroyed by moisture or mold.

Drywall can pose a serious threat when installed into a basement because it is made of organic material. Due to concrete being a pours material, moisture can seep through and on to the drywall. This can cause the drywall to warp and distort, even worse, grow mold. Installing EverLast Wall Panels is the perfect basement wall system. EverLast Panels are made of waterproof materials and are completely inorganic, you will never have to worry about them warping, distorting, or growing mold when moisture is present. EverLast Panels also provide a thermal barrier from the cold concrete walls, something drywall cannot do.

Zach and Amy were looking to increase their living space at their home for their family. He reached out for repair on his sidewalk for he was having issues with sloping and cracked areas. PolyLevel was injected under the sunken slabs, and quickly the concrete was lifted and leveled within minutes. The quick reaction time of PolyLevel took little to no time at all to be injection and allowed for Cody to access the area shortly after. He couldn’t be happier to have a level sidewalk again that he had PolyLevel injected to his driveway too!
