Water was coming through the walls of a duplex owned by Dan H. of Davenport, IA. Dan called MidAmerica Basement Systems and met with design specialist Mike Banks. Mike suggested Dan have the basement waterproofed, and have EverLast Wall Panels installed. EverLast Wall Panels are durable, made from inorganic material therefore won't mold or rot.
Diane was having an issue with sagging floors above her crawlspace. Experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems proposed that she have her crawlspace capsulized, and a SmartJack system installed. CleanSpace and SilverGlo were installed in her home to properly seal off moisture from the dirt ground, and provide the proper insulation. A SmartJack was installed to address the sagging floors, providing a more stable floor to walk on.
Dean was concerned with his broken and uneven driveway and how he was going to fix it. He reached out too many different companies for solutions and finally found the solution that worked. When he met with Cole from MidAmerica Basement Systems, he was offered the solution PolyLevel. PolyLevel is injected under the concrete to lift, level, and stabilize the area. The PolyLevel fills the voids that have caused the concrete to sink, and expands to lift and level the area. The once cracked and uneven driveway is now level and smooth like it was when it was first poured. Dean and his wife couldn’t be happier to finally have a fixed driveway.
In Davenport, IA, this homeowner faced water pooling against their foundation, a common issue when a concrete slab isn't properly leveled. We stepped in to provide a long-term solution with our expert installation of the PolyLevel system, which stabilized and lifted the sunken slab using high-strength polyurethane foam. With precision, we lifted the slabs to their original position. NexusPro joint sealant was then added to protect against moisture, ensuring a long-lasting repair.
The crack in this wall could have become potentially dangerous for the homeowner if it had gotten any worse. Our team fixed it with Carbon Armor.
