Deb was having issues with her sump pump and noticed it wasn’t working properly. She quickly contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems before the issue became worse. It was addressed that her sump pump was old and worn out, and needed to be replace soon if she wanted to keep a dry basement. A TripleSafe was offered to replace the old sump, and WaterGuard was also added to help affectively transport the seeping water to the pump to be properly discharged. Deb can rest assure that her basement will not become wet having a new system to maintain seeping water.
