In Olin, IA, one homeowner’s driveway was developing some serious "mood swings." As you can see on the left, the concrete was shifting so much it felt like their parked cars were starring in a low-budget earthquake movie.

In Greeley, IA, a damp basement was standing in the way of this homeowner’s renovation dreams. As you can see in the "before" photo, persistent water intrusion had turned the space into a headache. Our team stepped in to dry things out using the WaterGuard drainage system paired with a TripleSafe sump pump. With IceGuard and CleanSpace added to the mix, this basement is now a bone-dry, worry-free hangout.
Leaking basements can cause a number of issues to your home. A home in Monticello had an issue with water leaking in the basement, causing dampness, even though there was a sump pump. A quick call to MidAmerica Basement Systems, crew members were able to fix the issue. They installed CleanSpace and WaterGuard to help direct any water to the sump pump. A SaniDry XP was also installed to help keep any extra moisture out of the air. Now water is properly discharged from the home, and air is dry.
Jason has been having issues with water pooling on his sidewalk due to sinking areas of the concrete. He was unsure how it would be fixed because it was a special and unique pour that had been designed just for his home. He contacted many concrete lifting companies for suggestions on how to fix the issue. Each company had a solution, but all had a downfall of large, discolored solutions that would distract the eye to the injected area. When Cole from MidAmerica Basement Systems arrived to offer him PolyLevel, Jason was still hesitant. Cole continued to discuss the PolyLevel solution with small 5/8th injection sites that are covered to match the rest of the concrete so the end result does not distract the eye. PolyLevel will also lift, level, and stabilize the sunken slab to prevent water from pooling in the area. The once 5-inch sunken concrete, no longer pools with water and is back to level.
