Our recent project in Elkport, IA, addressed a common homeowner frustration: a persistent, leaking basement. To solve the problem, we installed a comprehensive waterproofing system featuring CleanSpace, TerraBlock, and Drainage Matting. As the "after" photo shows, these solutions work together to keep the space permanently dry and protected. At MidAmerica Basement Systems, we’re proud to help homeowners reclaim their basements with confidence.
The homeowner of this basement in Durant contacted the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems to help remedy their leaky basement. The team waterproofed the basement by installing a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump system. The homeowners now have a basement that is protected from further water seepage.
The homeowner had the basement waterproofed by MidAmerica Basement Systems and were ready to begin the first stages of finishing their basement by having the team install EverLast Wall Restoration panels. Now the homeowner is well on their way to having an extra living space in their basement.
In Taylor Ridge, IL, this homeowner faced a potential dilemma, they were cleaning up the basement every time it would rain. They reached out to us wanting a dry and reliable space before investing in another route. Jake O, Antionio and Manny stepped in with a lasting solution. Our team installed the WaterGuard drainage system alongside the TripleSafe Sump Pump, ensuring efficient water management, as highlighted in the after photo. We also used a CleanSpace encapsulation system, completing a secured space for pristine finishing. With over 35 years of experience, we're proud to offer peace of mind to this homeowner.
