A SuperSump pump was installed in the middle of the floor because it was the lowest point of the basement. This is odd as usually it is in the corner of the basement but it's important that a sump pump be at the lowest point. It is also connected to a lateral so that the water from the WaterGuard can still reach the SuperSump.

Homeowner Kathy was not happy about the look of the sidewalk over the years. The concrete had shifted and settled, pulling away from her front stoop.
