What a wonderful change!
The most graphic change I have ever seen!
Isolating the building envelope from the crawlspace enviroment. The homeowner and their family are no longer breathing what lurks in their crawlspace! Dryer, cleaner and healthy.
The bottom of the existing wall had water damage and mold formation. We removed the lower portion of the wall and replaced it with the EverLast Wall Restoration product which is made of all inorganic materials.
This customer has decided to remodel their basement and do it right. We waterproofed the basement for them and installed our Basement to Beautiful panels afterwards. Now they have their walls insulated with inorganic material that has the metal stud frame work imbedded right into it with wire chases too. They are now ready to finish their basement with whatever material they wish over the top.
