Mike and Sharon began to notice water seeping into a small portion of their basement wall and quickly reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems. Design specialist, Wes, inspected their situation and pointed out the main issue. The driveway had sunken, and pulled away from the home’s foundation, allowing water to seep in between and into the basement. He offered PolyLevel to help lift and level the concrete back against the foundation to prevent future water seepage. After the concrete was leveled, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to the crack, helping direct water away from the foundation, and a new waterproof system was installed to prevent any future leaks. Mike and Sharon not only have a waterproofed basement but a newly leveled driveway.
Kevin would grow concern every time there was a heavy rain. Heavy rains meant his floor drain in the basement would backup, and flood the area. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the correct his issue. He was offered a WaterGuard and LateralDrain drainage system to collect and redirect the seeping water before it could over flow and flood the basement. A TripleSafe system was also installed so that any water that is collected in the WaterGuard or LateralDrains, could be discharged out of the basement.
Lesly recently had his basement waterproofed, and could finally begin turning his dark, gloomy basement into a new man cave. When MidAmerica Basement Systems were out to installed the waterproofing system, it was proposed that he have new SunHouse Window Wells installed to offer more natural light in his basement. At first, he didn’t think it was necessary to fix his window wells when they were perfectly fine. After he finished his basement he thought more about the window wells and reached back out to MidAmerica Basement Systems. The SunHouse Window Wells off the ability to reflect more light into the basement, helping brighten the area, while preventing weeds and debris from growing and collecting in the well pit. Lesly now has the man cave his was looking for.
Kate was tired of the nasty basement smell in her home and reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems for help. From years of neglect, mold had over taken a large portion of the basement. MoldX was offered to help reduce the growing mold, and better the air quality in the basement. CleanSpace Liner was then installed overtop all of the walls to help reduce the moisture levels. CleanSpace also has a special additive that prevents mold growth, making it ideal for the basement. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to collect and redirect the seeping water to the TripleSafe to be properly discharged from the basement. Kate no longer has a “basement” smell around her home.
Narzy has been having issues with a wet & damp basement. Water seeps in during heavy rainfall. He already uses our SaniDry to remove the humidity but would like to take care of the water leaking in. Our crew Leader, Chris Riley installed WaterGuard & TripleSafe System to help keep the basement dry. Narzy was very pleased with the work done.
