Finally, a CleanSpace® vapor barrier was mechanically fastened to the foundation walls to block vapor transmission and redirect wall seepage into the drainage channel. This multi-tiered intervention successfully mitigated the moisture dynamics, transforming a compromised, high-humidity space into a dry, structurally stabilized environment ready for build-out.
