After meeting with their design specialist for a free estimate, the homeowners decided to get their basement waterproofed. Patented WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall were among the materials used that are now keeping the basement dry.
Laura was having issues with water seeping in through her cracks along her foundation floor and made a call to MidAmerica Basement Systems for help. During inspection, Dustin suggested installing a drainage system and TripleSafe sump. WaterGuard and Laterals were installed around the basement floor to direct any water that tried seeping into the home, to the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump now discharges all the water that enters and keeps Laura’s basement dry.
Dennis was noticing grass growing between his sidewalk and front porch, and realized that the sidewalk had “pulled” away, creating a large gap. When he contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems about the issue, Cole was gladly to help find the permanent solution. He offered the solution of PolyLevel to lift and level the sidewalk, closing the gap that had appeared. PolyLevel is a special reactive resin that precisely lifts concrete back to a level state. The lightweight material offers less stress on the weakened soil, filling the voids, and providing a permanent solution. A NexusPro Joint Sealant is than applied to the cracks to prevent future washouts, leaving the sidewalk to the stairs in their original, stable positions.
Aaron and Laura have a walk-out basement to their backyard and never thought their home would be in jeopardy of a leaking basement.
