A Galesburg family was prepping to sell their home, but an "indoor pond" in the basement was standing in the way. Michael Chezum inspected the site and found foundation seepage and high humidity fueling mold growth. The space was damp, risky, and definitely not market-ready.
Michael designed a custom plan, and Foreman Jacob Quinn led the production team to bring it to life. Jacob’s crew installed:

This is a great before and after of a concrete slab that has settled significantly. As you can see in the after photo, it took quite a bit of foam to bring the slab back to its original position.

Design specialist Clayton Spinler came out to their home to evaluate the situation, and designed a solution to replace two existing egress windows. The egress windows would be installed in such a way that improved energy efficiency. The new windows look great, and the energy bill is a little nicer too!
