The homeowner of this dark, damp crawl space wanted to finally have a dry, clean and healthy crawl space.  The MidAmerica Basement Systems team sealed the space with CleanSpace and now the homeowner has a space they can actually use!

Homeowner Deanna and Erwin were worried about the levels of Radon in their home. When they contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems they were interested in having a radon mitigation system installed in their home. They knew that having a radon mitigation system in their home would make it safer for their family and also help the resale value of her home. 

Wet home gets a new waterproofing system in West Branch, IA 

Homeowner, Dru had previous work done with MidAmerica Basements Systems. He was very pleased with the previous work, that when his basement started having water issues he knew who to call. Design Specialist, Mac was able to come out to Dru's home and recommended putting in a waterproofing system. Installer, Cory was able to come out and install WaterGuard, a WaterGuard Port, Drainage Material, TripleSafe Safe Pump, IceGuard, LawnScape Outlet, and a Discharge Line. 

WaterGuard was one of the systems installed in Dru's home. It is designed to sit above the dirt so the system will not be clogged from dirt or rock. It is designed to intercept the water around the perimeter of the basement. It will then drain away the water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

Rick and LuAnn were very upset. They had just built their home within the last 4 years and were already seeing and having issues with their driveway and sidewalk sinking, causing tripping hazards and unsightly views. They reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems for help. They were offered the solution PolyLevel, which is a lightweight material that will significantly reduce the extra unnecessary weight on the weakened soil.
