MidAmerica Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Mark and Lenora G., La Moille, IL homeowners, were suffering from frequent water intrusion at the base of their basement walls. They called MidAmerica Basement Systems, and met with design specialist Dan Garner who helped them determine the problem, and the solution. Now, their basement is very dry, and they are very happy! Part of their solution included the addition of the TripleSafe Sump Pump, pictured here. 

The owner of this Groveland home was troubled by the high levels of radon found in their house so they trusted the professionals at MidAmerica Basement Systems to make their home safe again. The team installed Premium Radon Mitigation System and now the home is healthier and safer!

Dennis had reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems years ago to have his basement waterproofed. A SuperSump was installed to discharged the water, but he did not wish to have the perimeter waterproofed. Today during large amounts of rain fall, Dennis has issues with water seeping in through the wall and floor joints and reached out once again. He was offered CleanSpace Liner along the wall to address the seeping water from the walls and a WaterGuard drainage system. When water collects in the WaterGuard it is then redirected directly to the SuperSump, keeping the basement dry once again.

This new SunHouse enclosure will let more light into the basement and keep the water out - just what the homeowners ordered!

The owner of this dirt crawl space really wanted to revamp the space. They wanted it to be cleaner, healthier and more manageable. After the homeowner was quoted and with the game plan laid out, the MidAmerica team climbed right into the project.

The team fitted the space with a CleanSpace liner. The CleanSpace liner is a one of a kind material that is flexible and yet durable to resist tears and punctures. It acts as a vapor barrier, waterproofing, mold fighting encapsulation system.

The space before was dark, damp, and welcomed pesky house guests. Now the space is clean, bright, waterproofed and the owner is breathing healthy and feeling happy!
