MidAmerica Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This Clinton, IA homeowner was ready to remodel their entire basement, but knew they needed some essential waterproofing first. While the basement was previously finished there were a few areas that took on water, so they wanted a comprehensive waterproofing system installed before they continued on the remodel. This homeowner in Rock Island, Illinois, was dealing with a walkway that felt less like a path and more like an accidental obstacle course. As you can see in the "before" photo, those uneven slabs created some serious tripping hazards that made every trip to the mailbox a bit of a gamble.

To fix it, we brought in two of our heavy hitters:

• PolyLevel®: We used this high-density foam to lift the sunken slabs back to their original height with precision.
• NexusPro®: We finished the job by sealing the joints with this durable sealant, which acts like "armor" to protect the concrete from future erosion and weather damage.

Jenny thought her house and sidewalk needed some help beautifying it again! She thought she would start with her sidewalk since she was so sick of tripping on it day after day. MABS Systems Design Specialist Rob popped out to Rock Island and helped Jenny solve her issue. He decided it was a job for PolyLEVEL and NexusPro, and he was right! Justin Maddox Sr and Markell went out and easily leveled this sidewalk and made it look brand new. Great work, team!
