What Does Everyone Else Do?

What does everyone else do?

Have you ever worked for a company, where all you know is your own job?  At MidAmerica Basement Systems, we are making an effort on a regular basis to bridge that learning gap. Starting in early Spring members of the office staff visit a job site each week.

The production teams have mentioned how much they enjoy the days that the office staff comes to see their work.  Not only because visits include bringing lunch and cold drinks, but it's a great chance for them to be the teacher and to show-off the work that they take so much pride in!

This is also a fantastic opportunity for the marketing department to take photos and videos, but more importantly, speak directly with the homeowners about the work that they are having done, and what it is going to mean for their family when the project is complete.

At MidAmerica Basement Systems, we are constantly striving to create unique, and redefining experiences for our customers and homeowners.  A company where everyone has respect for their co-workers, and pride in the work we are doing is a key componet to that success.
