So far I have had 3 heavy rains and not a drop because of MidAmerica Basement Systems. They were also the only company that responded to my calls. I thought the packet of information was very good. I may use more services later. The installation crew did a very good job as well.

I have been satisfied with your company from installation to services year after year. This years service was done by Tim Lopez. He called ahead, was on time, was respectful of me and my home. He explained what he was doing and why certain things needed to be done. I was very pleased with him.

When I asked the question "Is it a lost cause?" his response was no and explain several different items. I will definitley be reccommending you to friends.

Justin's team was very conscientious about mud/dirt tracking in my home. The weather was just terrible during the installation of our project. Justin was very accommodating with small details pertaining to the job and the clean-up.

I intentionally waited from Oct. to May to be sure I didn't get a problem. No problem even with very wet spring. Sump runs a lot, but basement is dry.

I was glad they were able to finish the job in 2 days rather than 3. The crew was very courteous and informed us of each step in the process. The office staff was also very courteous.
