Tim did an outstanding job!  And the one person I spoke to that mentioned air scrubber. Also your water guard system seemed to be the best.  I really enjoyed the information packet, I was able to review a few things before Tim even got to the house.

The packet I received before the appointment was extremely helpful.  After reading the book I had even more questions and Tim was there to answer all of them.  Time was also very good with returning my phone calls.

Oscar and the guys were great, and I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get things done. Since there was a discount to book on the same day, and because the described water proofing system is more advanced than the competition, I went with it. Any other company is going to cost just as much or more, anyway, I figure. Joe was wonderful about explaining everything to me, and when issues came up, he was understanding and worked with trying to keep the cost down. Oscar and the crew also did a great job, and were very nice about everything. I hope you appreciate your great employees!

The office staff is amazing.  They were just so helpful and courteous.  I heard about you guys from my son. You did his basement and it looks really good.  The battery back up was just something to do for peace of mind.

I have seen your trucks during my commute between Cedar Rapids and Davenport. Your office staff had very good information and both times I called Kim and Tiffany were helful and really nice. Tim Farnsworth was awesome, he explained everything and I basically bought everything that your company has to offer for a house my size. Your company offered a total package of what I needed. You had been to my house several years ago and I wish I had you install it then. Crew was great, worked fast and hard! Larry and Mike that did the installation did a great job and were very professional, Great guys!
