This driveway in Marion, IA was sinking due to wear and tear, and soil shifting under the slab. Design specialist Bryan Nachazel came out to the home to evaluate the problem. He recommended long-lasting, patented PolyLevel foam to lift the slab back into place. Now, the slab is leveled and beautiful. The homeowners are very happy!
In Marion, IA, homeowners had a full perimeter WaterGuard system installed with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, BrightWall, a SuperSump sump pump, and a few other patented waterproofing products. The final stage involved installing EverLast Wall Restoration panels where the damaged dry wall panels were removed, giving the basement a new, finished look. The restoration is beautiful!
Bryan’s basement walls were beginning to leak, causing water to reach its way to the floor. He had a sump pump, but it wasn’t effective since the water was on the surface of the floor. Bryan reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his issue solved. Design specialist, Joe Sarb, advised him of the CleanSpace and WaterGuard systems to improve his waterproofing system. Installing a CleanSpace liner to the wall helps guide the seeping water down the wall, while creating a moisture barrier between the wall and rest of the basement. As the water travels down the wall, WaterGuard collects and directs it to the sump pump. Because of the wall flange in the WaterGuard system, water can enter leaving debris out, keeping the line clean. Bryan no longer worries of water seeping in his foundation walls and getting on his floor.
Randy and Kris have previously had our waterproofing system installed in their basement, and reached out once again. They were looking to insulate their basement so their children had a warmer area for their play room. Adao had offered them the solution of Foamax Wall Insulation. The polyisocyanurate board will not absorb water, making it ideal in basement settings. Foamax offers one of the highest R-values so additional walling isn’t necessary. The rigid, tough surface also leaves the basement brighter. Now Randy and Kris’ children can comfortably play in the basement.

PolyLevel is injected under the slabs to lift and level the concrete. Soon the tripping hazards are reduced, and Tom is able to access the patio within the same day. Thanks to the injections of PolyLevel, Tom can continue to use his patio and once again has a leveled area.
