This damp crawlspace in Iowa City, IA needed some help, so the homeowner called MidAmerica Basement Systems. The crawl space was encapsulated with CleanSpace, placed over drainage matting.

In her rental property, Iowa City landlord had a water system installed by a different company. When the drainage tile tore, she decided to call the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems. Design specialist Mike Darnell came out to custom design a solution. Now, the basement is nice and dry and will stay that way!
