Over time the ground under concrete can settle causing voids between the ground and concrete. The slabs begin to sink and in serious cases, the concrete will crack under pressure. Applying a sealant will only temporarily fix the issue, until the natural movement of the ground caused the sealant to crack, causing the concrete to sink and crack even more. Injecting PolyLevel from MidAmerica Basement Systems not only fills the voids that are under the slabs, but lifts and stabilizes the sunken, cracked concrete.
