The best part is that Peggy's problem is solved once and for all! To cover the Wall Anchors the team installed discreet Hide-a-Way Anchor covers.
MidAmerica is proud to have provided Peggy with solutions to her foundation wall concerns and are honored to be her trusted team for all her basement needs!
Joel and Shirlene were tired of the mustiness and water in their dirt crawlspace. They were referred to MidAmerica Basement Systems to get a free estimate.
After a quick phone call, an appointment was set up for Kevin Coakley to come evaluate the basement. Kevin decided the best solution for the crawlspace was to install a SmartSump pumping system, a full perimeter of Smart Pipe, and encapsulate the area with CleanSpace. The SmartSump pumping system is a small sump pit to fit into a small crawlspace that will take the water out and away from the home. Smart Pipe is dug around the inside perimeter of the home and buried to keep the water from getting into the space. CleanSpace is an encapsulation material that will get rid of the dirty look and also help with the waterproofing process.
Joel and Shirlene are very happy to no longer deal with their crawlspace, thanks to MidAmerica Basement Systems. They now can show their friends and family who are having the same type of issues that there is a solution.
