Brochure material is also very good. I liked receiving it prior to the sales person and have it referenced to several family and friends. We have also recommended the company to a couple people. They were impressed with our results so far.
Besides the staff comments below, we were able to have the installation done almost 2 months early because of a scheduling opening.
When I first called, territories were changing so she didn't think we were in the Quad-City territory. But she was very nice, took our contact information, and called to apologize within two days to setup an appointment. Company needs to do a better job informing staff when updates are done to the web site.
We were contacted by email to set date on first installation. I believe we were probably contacted by phone first, but it was during the Iowa Caucus when we didn't answer any unknown numbers. When an opening became available within a couple weeks, we did recognize the number when we were called. It was a perfect time to get installed prior to extended winter trip and the spring snow melt.
Keil did an excellent job explaining all products, options, and procedures. We were very happy with his sales presentation. My husband did try to contact him a couple times before and after the installation but he never called back.
Very professional, friendly, and very efficient getting the job completed. Noted below, very happy with cleanup process.
The dust control was totally amazing. I was also worried about hanging items upstairs during the jack hammer process, but I don't think anything moved.
