Other than the date reschedule which may not have been avoidable, your company process, personnel and end result have been been excellent. We look forward to many years of sustained stability with our sidewalks after the injected foam work.

Dave and his helper were extremely professional, accommodating and friendly and executed the job well. The repairs look good and the joint repair, especially on the back patio next to the house, looks excellent- much better than I expected. Dave readdressed an area on the sidewalk without question when we inspected it, and explained an issue with rebar in the drive which prohibited raising it more. We might have asked him to raise the sidewalk near the garage a bit more if we had looked at it more closely, but it is within tolerance and better. I am not asking it be addressed now.

He was creative when I mentioned my windows had just been washed based on the original May 18 appointment and used a hose to minimize dust when sawing the concrete. Much appreciated.
