I really appreciated that Mike came for our initial appt. on a Saturday, to accommodate my schedule. When it was determined that our needs were more for structural work versus crawl space encapsulation and water removal....Mike suggested we bring out the owner. Ryan came out with Mike for a second Saturday appt. It was determined that our main concern was collapse of my beloved school house cottage. We were advised to go with 7 Smart Jacks and a new 40ft. Steel Support Beam. I was very happy that they both came out to review this to make sure that what they quoted and advised would address my #1 concern. The rest of my concerns will be done by myself and a private mason, now that the house is stabilized and we won't have to worry about collapse, due to deterioration of our main support beam.
