Geo-Lock Wall Anchors
Geo-Lock Wall Anchors are another great product for stabilizing foundation walls. The team digs a small hole a few feet from the foundation walls. A galvanized steel rod is drilled through a 1" hole in the basement wall and is connected to an earth anchor within the augured hole. A plate is is placed on the interior of the basement wall is secured to rod. The hole is then filled, and when the system is completely installed and tightened, the wall is permanently stabilized.

Geo-Lock have the ability to have 10 times more contact with the soil, resulting in more holding power. Another great aspect of the Geo-Lock is it's ability to also tighten during the dry seasons, improving the walls condition.
