Homeowner Bill was recently contacted by MidAmerica Basement Systems when it was time for the annual maintenance of his system. Upon arrival service tech KyleMcCarty noticed that the sump pump was full of rocks. The system was still functioning however with the removal of the rocks the system will run much smoother and will be less likely to have a block in the system causing failure.
