Photo Album: Installing WaterGuard Drainage System for Basement in Farmersburg, IA
Scott was having issues with water seeping in his basement through the wall and floor joint, concerning him since he had an existing sump pump. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his basement inspected. Design specialist, Wes, offered him the solution of WaterGuard. WaterGuard helps collect seeping water, preventing it from surfacing. The WaterGuard is then connected to the existing sump system so water can be properly redirected and discharged out of the basement. Due to having a block foundation, weep holes were drilled and a CleanSpace Liner was installed to help control the water intake. Scott no longer has issues with a leaking basement thanks to help from MidAmerica Basement Systems.
