Photo Album: Leaking Basement Receives New Waterproofing System in Elkader, IA
Sue was having issues with water seeping into her basement, even though she had a sump pump system. She contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have her home inspected, in hopes that her issue would soon be resolved. As foreman Wes inspected her home, he offered a TripleSafe sump to help improve the capacity of the intake of seeping water. A WaterGuard system was also installed to help collect seeping water and redirect it to the sump systems. Due to the block foundation, CleanSpace Liner was also placed along the walls to help reduce moisture levels and to properly direct the weep holes into the WaterGuard system. Sue no longer has water surfacing in her basement, and it continues to stay dry.
