Mike offered him the solution CarbonArmor to permanently stop the walls from worsening, and offered a waterproofing system. CarbonArmor is not only a permanently solution to stabilizing bowing walls, but is very ideal when finishing the basement. It’s low profile design allows for products to be installed over top of it. The waterproofing system consisted of full perimeter WaterGuard, a TripleSafe and a SaniDry Sedona. WaterGuard collects any seeping water and redirects it to the TripleSafe to be discharged out of the basement. The SaniDry Sedona is an industrial-grade dehumidifier that keeps the humidity and moisture levels under control, making it very ideal when basement finishing is in the future.
