Robert was concerned of the mold growth in his basement and didn’t know where to turn too. When design experts from MidAmerica Basement Systems investigated his situation, Robert was told that the mold growth was coming from a leaking foundation. CleanSpace Liner was offered to be placed along the foundation walls to help reduce the moisture in the area, in prevention of future mold growth. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to collect seeping water and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump to be discharged out of the home. Robert now have a dry basement that prevents mold growth.
