Signs of Iron Ocher
The rusted, orange color found on the floor is an indication of iron ocher present in the area.
Moisture = Mold Growth
Untreated leaks have left puddles, allowing mold to grow.
Pooling Water
Pooling water not only allowed for mold growth, it has made doors and walls rot and crumble over time.
Damaged Piping and Wires
Moisture has corroded pipes and rebar, and destroyed the use of most electrical outlets.
