During Jean’s service appointment, it was noted that her basement foundation walls were beginning to bow, producing an unsafe structure. It was suggested installed a PowerBrace system to stop the walls from coming in and potentially reverse the walls back to their original state over time. PowerBraces provide a tightening system that allows for tightening over time, which will lead to the wall straightening. Placing the PowerBrace system in an accurate location prevents the floor joist system from collapsing, and properly distributing the rest of the weight of the home. Now Jean’s walls are stable, and hopefully will eventually be straight again.
