Homeowner Sandy H. of Camanche was noticing a musty smell coming from her basement area. Upon inspection, water leakage was coming from her crawl space. The Crew at MidAmerica Basement Systems got right to work on fixing the issue. During installation, the Crew had installed CleanSpace Liner to seal off the moisture from the crawl space. A SmartSump and UltraSump battery back-up, were installed to filter out any water that was getting into the crawl space. For insulation, a 3-inch spray foam and SilverGlo was installed. Finally, CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system was installed to keep the area sealed off from the dirt and other earth elements, to make the home a healthy place to breathe again.
