Jennifer D. of Osco, IL called MidAmerica Basement Systems because she was concerned about the water coming in through the floor and wall joints of her basement. Jennifer also had radon concerns. She met with design specialist Clayton Spinler, who provided her with a comprehensive solution for her basement concerns. Foreman Bill Wilcox and his team intalled the system, including WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and a radon mitigation system.

The basement is damp, and has rusty water stains all down the walls and on the floors.

Encapsulation in Basement

The basement floor is encapsulated with CleanSpace. This serves two purposes: to block toxic radon gas, and keep water away from the interior of the basement.

Exterior Aesthetic Package

An exterior aesthetic package is installed, making the system non-obtrusive, and functional.
