MidAmerica is Not The Typical Experience
It's no secret that construction can be unpredictable. How many times have you been told the project will be done in 2 days, only to have the project extended another week? Or, called a contractor to get an estimate or a project started, only to get "I'll call you back," or a voicemail that isn't answered until your third try? Or had someone working on your home that says they'll show up between 8 and noon, but you don't see them until 1:00, if at all? Unfortunately, this is often the "typical" experience. The construction industry isn't just "unpredictable," it seems to be unreliable!
At MidAmerica Basement Systems, we pride ourselves on our ability to circumvent the "typical" experience. If you call our team between the hours of 7am and 8pm, Monday through Friday*, or between 8am and noon on Saturday, you will get a real person on the phone who will direct you to the person you need to talk to, or to their frequently checked voicemail. If you're calling to schedule a free estimate, you'll be transferred to our appointment center. The appointment center scheduler will get you scheduled for an appointment with a qualified design specialist at a time that works for you and your schedule. Then, he or she will send you a packet of information in the mail, including a list of company references, company information, and a picture and profile of the person coming out to your house so you know exactly who to expect.
Your design specialist will call you a day or two before your appointment to confirm, and then call you again to let you know they are on their way to your scheduled appointment. They will arrive timely. During the free estimate, your design specialist will conduct a thorough inspection inside and outside your home, answer your questions, and show you (not just tell you) where the problem areas are. Your design specialist will never push you into getting something you don't need. You will receive a written proposal in hand that day. If you decide to go forward during the free, no obligation inspection, you will be scheduled a production date shortly thereafter.
When the production team comes out to do the work, you will find they are polite, courteous, and leave the space like they were never there in the first place. The teams are very professional, and do an amazing job making sure the work space is clean.
If afterwards, any problems arise, our service technicians will quickly attend to your home and your needs. Additionally, the experience with MidAmerica Basement Systems won't end after install. We offer a variety of transferable warranties, and you will have the option of having your foundation and waterproofing projects serviced annually to keep them in top condition.
The MidAmerica Basement Systems experience is not the "typical" contractor experience. But we believe it should be.
